THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
When booking appointments our receptionist will ask you to provide a contact number so we can confirm your appointment. For any appointments that exceeds one hour we kindly ask for a 30% deposit fee, this can be made by credit card, money order or cash to secure your booking.
- Arrival Time
- We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior.
- Late Arrivals
- As we have selected times allocated to each service, our treatments are completed at the scheduled time.
- Cancellation Policy
- The treatment you select is reserved especially for you. Twenty-four (24hrs) notice is required for you to reschedule or cancel your appointment; otherwise a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
Clients with gift vouchers who do not provide 24 hour cancellation notification will loose ½ the value of the gift voucher.
