The salon opened in 2006, since then management and staff have had the pleasure of winning national awards for employee of excellence, best in beauty as well as business achiever awards (highly recommended for Victoria) and for business achiever award for the Maningham region.

Loyalty Beauty Club
Signing up for a loyalty beauty club key ring. Cost $4.00 to join which is donated to charity. This will entitle you to earn 25 points with every $100.00 spent. Use this towards our anti ageing fight back facials ie: micro dermabrasion, 02 oxygen facials, replenishing facial.

Bookings
When booking appointments our receptionist will ask you to provide 2 contact numbers so we can confirm your appointment. Confirmation will be done 24 hours prior to your booking? It is imperative that we get a confirmation from you in regards to your appointment. If we do not get a confirmation call back we will move your appointment aside so another client on our waiting list can benefit from that time.

Bookings Appointments Upfront Payment
- Any appointment that is 90min duration or more requires a $50.00 upfront deposit
- All after 5pm bookings need to be pre paid in advance
- All weekend appointments need to be pre paid in advance
- All salon special offers need to be pre paid in advance
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hour notice if you need to re schedule or cancel your appointment: a $30.00 cancellation fee will be issued to you
- Gift voucher clients will loose $30.00 off the value of their gift voucher for not providing 24hour notice
- Gift voucher clients who fail to turn up to their appointment will have their gift voucher void and will not be able to use their vouchers
Gift Vouchers
For your convenience gift vouchers are available for all services and retail within the Total Bliss Pty Ltd division. Purchasing of a Gift Voucher can be made via phone, in person or on line. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only (no extensions) please be aware that gift vouchers can not be re issued so lost or stolen voucher will automatically be void from the salons computer system.

Late Arrival
Total Bliss Skin Wellness is an appointment based business and we are mindful not to run late for all clients experiencing our salon. As we have selected times allocated to each service, our treatments are completed at the scheduled time. Please be aware that you will be charged for the full service regardless of arrival time.

Salons Policy Whilst In Treatment
For the comfort and interest of all clients please refrain from using mobile phones whilst in the salon and due to OHS only the person being seen to by the therapist may enter the treatment rooms. We love children, however for the comfort of other clients experiencing relaxing treatments we kindly ask that all children must remain supervised in the waiting room whilst mother's are having treatments.

We understand that sometimes it is just impossible to find someone to mind your child and you need to have some pampering and beauty treatments. So why not use our services on Monday's? we operate by appointment only on Mondays, which means that you can come in and be looked after without being concerned about your child's wellbeing and the comfort of other clients.
